On initiative of Bösendorfer Sales Manager Andreas Kaufmann and Bösendorfer dealer Yan–Shi (Golden Hall Music), musicians of the Konservatorium Wien Privatuniversität toured the “Land of Smiles” as ambassadors of the Viennese Sound.
The young students

Anna Magdalena Kokits – grand piano
Alissa Margulis, Benjamin Gimore – violin and viola
Ana Morgoulets - violoncello
Maddalena Del Gobbo - violoncello
Gregor Narnhofer – clarinet and their
art director Ranko Markovic (grand piano)

were colourfully and melodiously supported by an another ambassador of music from Vienna, the legendary Bösendorfer grand piano, at their sold out concerts.

Since the economical and cultural awakening China´s the unique grand pianos of the Viennese piano manufacturing company have become increasingly popular for Chinese music lovers.
The Beijing Poly Theatre Management Company is one of these friends and its recently purchased Bösendorfer 290 Imperial, celebrated its cheering launch at the famous “Poly Theatre” within the concert tour.

More than 3600 visitors enjoyed representative performances of famous works of the Viennese Classic, starting from solo work to quintet. The ensemble travelled from Shenzhen, in the very south end of China, to Dongguan, Wuhan and the old Imperial Town Zhenzhou as far as Beijing.

There Ranko Markovich also ran a short “Masterclass” and he made contacts to Shenzhen School of Arts as well as to the big two state conservatories in Beijing and Shanghai.

The pianists of the ensemble – Kokits and Markovic – showed their excitement about the consistent technical perfectness and the tonal beauty of the provided Bösendorfer instruments but also about the professional maintenance of the Bösendorfer partner in China:
beside other conveniences Golden Hall Music provided a professional piano technician for the whole tour.

Anna Magdalena Kokits fascinated the audience at “Shenzhen Poly Theatre” with big expressiveness.
