Bosendorfer Grand Piano is the Luxury Choice of Roger Waters on Desert Island Discs

Musician and composer Roger Waters selected a Bosendorfer grand piano as his luxury item if he were to ever find himself marooned on a desert island.

Interviewed by presenter Kirsty Young, the Pink Floyd founder member was appearing on BBC Radio 4’s iconic programme “Desert Island Discs” that since 1942, has invited over 500 celebrities and public figures to choose one essential record, book and luxury item to help them survive life as a castaway. Roger Waters enjoyed huge critical and commercial success with Pink Floyd before leaving the band in 1985, who reunited for one final performance, twenty years later, for Live 8.
