The International Beethoven Piano Competition Vienna is Austria's oldest and most important international piano competition, performed exclusively on a Bösendorfer Grand. Founded more than 50 years ago, it is hosted by the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.

Selected young pianists meet in Vienna from May 4 – 14, 2020 to give proof of their mastery to an international jury and to Vienna’s audience.
The participation is open to all pianists born between 1 January 1988 and 31 December 2000.
International Auditions in January / February 2020 (including Video auditions). You can either apply by choosing to perform live, or by sending in a recording.
